Comment from Head of Wellbeing, Jo Boyd.
"We have experienced a level of change many of us have never seen before in our lives and its impacting every area; work, home, friends family, shopping, leisure. Some of us will cope with these changes better than others, however we will all be impacted in some way, so learning how we can manage the stress that this will cause is a key element for our wellbeing" - Jo Boyd, June 2020.
