Key elements of our blended approach include:
Instructor Led Training – the most traditional method of delivering training face to face with an instructor in a classroom environment. Our classrooms are also equipped with the latest technology to support hybrid delivery if students need to dial in remotely.
Virtual classroom – delivering training via platforms such as “Microsoft Teams”, this provides interactive training but without the restrictions of location or travel.
E-learning – delivering training via an online platform, providing the added convenience for the learner of being able to attend the training at any time, any place.
We also understand that no two organisations are the same which is why the team are always happy to work with individual customers to ensure that we fully meet their training objectives in the most impactful and cost effective way.

Audit and consultancy
We offer audit and consultancy capabilities against both NAA and CAA Part 145, Part CAMO, Part 21 and Part 147 or equivilants including preparation for accountable manager interviews, initial approval application and resolution of audit findings. Within our team, we have experience of building and managing CAA compliant safety, quality and training management systems and managing MRO operations and risk.
