The CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership professional qualification can be delivered in your organisation by the Marshall Centre either with face-to-face workshops or as remote virtual sessions. Both delivery methods include learning materials, engaging videos, pathway workbooks and access to Management Direct. Management Direct is a complete online library of comprehensive and up-to-date material that addresses current management practice, supports studying and those looking to develop their skills.
- Learners must complete any combination of units to a minimum of 370 TUT hours, 37 credits to achieve this qualification.

- Learners completing the Level 3 Diploma will have access to Management Direct and will become an Associate CMI Member for the duration of their qualification
Who is it for?
This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance and have day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role. The qualification has been designed for practising or aspiring managers in roles such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Project Officer, Shirt Manager and Foreperson.
