By investing in the qualification, your people will become fully qualified Adult Mental Health First Aiders, recognised by Mental Health First Aid, England.
MHFA will train your people to listen without judgment, reassure someone with concerns and signpost further support in times of crisis. They will learn to recognise warning signs of mental health ill health and develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone while keeping themselves safe, which is an important skill to have when helping others.
