This e-module will take around an hour, there is some guided presentation with activities, a short quiz and an opportunity to action plan.

Managing stress is often more simple than we imagine, although it is not always easy. This webinar will help you to understand what is causing stress and the simple steps required to manage the levels of stress being experienced.
How do you access the course?
